All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding major holidays) after payment confirmation.
Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing the next business day
You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been placed
A second email with tracking information will be sent once your order ships
1.2 Processing Delays
During peak seasons (holidays, sales events, or new collection launches), processing times may extend to 3–5 business days. We appreciate your patience and will work diligently to get your pieces to you as soon as possible.
1.3 Order Verification
For your security, orders may occasionally be subject to verification before processing. If additional information is needed, we will contact you at the email address provided with your order.
2. Shipping Rates and Delivery Times
We offer several shipping options to meet your needs and budget. Delivery times are estimates and begin from the date of shipment, not the date of order.

3. Domestic Shipping Details (United States)
3.1 Shipping to All 50 States
We ship to all 50 states, including Alaska and Hawaii. Please note:
Deliveries to Alaska and Hawaii may require additional transit time (1–2 extra business days)
PO Box and APO/FPO/DPO addresses are shipped via USPS and may take longer
Some remote areas may experience delays beyond our control
3.2 Delivery Days
Standard shipping deliveries occur Monday through Saturday
Express and Priority shipments may deliver on Sundays depending on the carrier
No deliveries on major US holidays
4. International Shipping Details
4.1 Shipping Worldwide
Yes, we ship worldwide! We're honored to bring timeless elegance to customers across the globe.
4.2 Tracking for International Orders
Tracking information will be provided via email once your order ships
Tracking may take 24–48 hours to appear in the carrier's system
Once your package leaves the US, your local carrier may provide additional tracking updates on their website
Some international shipments have limited tracking once they reach your country
4.3 International Customs, Duties, and Taxes
Important: International orders may be subject to import duties, customs fees, and taxes imposed by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the item price or shipping cost.

5. Tracking Your Order
5.1 How to Track
Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing:
Your unique tracking number
A direct link to the carrier's tracking portal
The carrier's name (USPS, UPS, FedEx, or DHL)
Expected delivery date (when available)
5.2 Track Online
You can also track your order by:
Logging into your Sittue account and visiting "Order History"
Visiting our Track Your Order page
Entering your tracking number on the carrier's website
Contacting us at support@sittue.com with your order number
5.3 Tracking Updates
Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update after receiving your shipping confirmation. It's normal for tracking to show only "Label Created" for the first day or two.
6. Shipping Carriers
We partner with trusted carriers to ensure your pieces arrive safely and on time:

The carrier for your order will be selected based on your location and chosen shipping method.
7. Split Shipments
Occasionally, items from the same order may ship separately:

What to Expect:
You will receive separate shipping confirmations for each package
Each shipment will have its own tracking number
No additional shipping charges will apply for split shipments
Items may arrive on different days
8. Pre-Order Items
8.1 What Are Pre-Orders?
Pre-order items are products that are not yet in stock but available for advance purchase.
8.2 Pre-Order Shipping
When you purchase a pre-order item:
The estimated shipping date will be clearly stated on the product page
Your entire order will ship when the pre-order item is available
If you'd like available items sooner, please contact us to arrange split shipping (additional shipping charges may apply)
Your payment method will be charged at the time of pre-order
9. Address Changes
9.1 Before Shipping
If you need to change your shipping address:
Email us immediately at support@sittue.com
Put "ADDRESS CHANGE" and your order number in the subject line
We can only change addresses before your order ships
Double-check your address for accuracy
9.2 After Shipping
Once shipped, we cannot redirect packages. If you realize your address was incorrect after shipping:
Contact the carrier directly with your tracking number
Some carriers offer package interception services (fees may apply, typically $15–$30)
Sittue is not responsible for orders delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer
If the package is returned to us, you will be responsible for reshipping costs
10. Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages
10.1 Lost Packages
If your tracking shows "Delivered" but you haven't received your order:
Check with family members or neighbors
Look around your property (porch, mailbox, front door)
Check your building's leasing office or mailroom
Wait 48 hours — packages are sometimes marked delivered before actual arrival
Contact the carrier directly with your tracking number
If your package is still missing after 48 hours, contact us at support@sittue.com, and we'll help investigate and file a claim.
10.2 Stolen Packages
Sittue is not responsible for stolen packages after confirmed delivery. We recommend:
Shipping to a secure location (work address, trusted neighbor, family member)
Requesting signature confirmation for valuable orders (available upon request)
Installing a porch camera or using package lockers
Having packages held at carrier facilities for pickup
10.3 Damaged Packages
If your package arrives visibly damaged:
Take photos of the damage before opening
Document any damage to the items inside
Contact us within 48 hours at support@sittue.com with photos and your order number
Keep all packaging until the issue is resolved
We'll work with you to resolve the issue promptly — whether that's a replacement or refund.

While we strive to meet all delivery estimates, please understand that:
Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees
Weather conditions (snowstorms, hurricanes, etc.) can impact delivery
Holiday seasons (November–December) experience higher volume and delays
Carrier delays (sorting facility backlogs, staffing issues) occur occasionally
International shipments may experience customs delays (can take 1–30 days)

14. Shipping to Multiple Addresses
Currently, we can only ship to one address per order. If you'd like items shipped to different addresses, please place separate orders.
